Role Overview
As a Tele-Collections Intern, you will support the collections team by engaging clients, following up on outstanding debts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role provides hands-on experience in customer engagement and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct collection calls in a professional and ethical manner
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain positive client relationships
  • Update and maintain accurate customer and collection records
  • Support customer service functions and ensure compliance with company policies

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Basic understanding of debt collection and customer service processes
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
