Role Overview
As a Tele-Collections Intern, you will support the collections team by engaging clients, following up on outstanding debts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role provides hands-on experience in customer engagement and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct collection calls in a professional and ethical manner
- Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain positive client relationships
- Update and maintain accurate customer and collection records
- Support customer service functions and ensure compliance with company policies
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Basic understanding of debt collection and customer service processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment will be an added advantage
