Graduate Programme Overview
Deloitte Kenya is recruiting Associates and Analysts under its 2026 Annual Graduate Recruitment Programme. Successful candidates will join high-performing teams and contribute to delivering exceptional client service while building professional expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be expected to:

  • Learn and apply Deloitte standards, procedures, and methodologies on assignments
  • Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Business Units Available

Audit and Assurance
This unit focuses on integrity, independence, and transparency, ensuring public trust through high-quality audit services supported by global expertise and advanced technologies.

Accounting and Reporting Assurance (Actuarial)
This division provides actuarial, assurance, and advisory services to organizations in banking, insurance, securities, and funds industries.

Africa Consulting Services
This unit is divided into:

  • Strategy, Risk and Transactions, which supports clients in business transformation, mergers, acquisitions, and risk management
  • Technology and Transformation, which delivers technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and innovation

Tax and Legal
This unit provides tax advisory and compliance services, helping organizations navigate regulatory requirements while improving operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division or equivalent for Audit, Tax, or Consulting roles
  • A bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division for actuarial roles
  • Graduation within the last three years, specifically 2024, 2025, or 2026
  • Completion of studies by the application closing date, with a letter of completion required if the degree certificate is not yet available
  • A minimum KCSE grade of B, with at least a B in Mathematics and English
  • Kenyan citizenship

Additional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or IFoA certification or ongoing pursuit are desirable but not mandatory.
