COSEKE Kenya is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join their technical team as a System Support Engineer Intern. This internship provides hands-on exposure to technical support, software troubleshooting, client service, and system operations within a dynamic ICT environment.
The intern will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams while gaining real-world experience in system support and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Client Assistance
- Provide first-level technical support under supervision
- Troubleshoot basic software and system issues
- Manage and track tickets in support systems
- Document common issues and solutions
Pre-Sales & Product Support
- Assist in technical demonstrations and presentations
- Help gather and document user requirements
- Participate in client meetings and product demos
Bid & Proposal Support
- Support preparation of technical documentation
- Assist in compiling bid and proposal materials
Customer Experience & Project Support
- Assist in client onboarding processes
- Support user training and system adoption
- Participate in project implementation tasks
Innovation & Learning
- Assist in system testing and feedback sessions
- Support development of internal tools or demo apps
- Research emerging technologies and trends
Quality & Compliance
- Follow company policies and quality standards
- Support ISO and documentation processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of IT systems
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Basic programming knowledge (PHP, Java, or Node.js)
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Willingness to learn frameworks like Laravel or React
