About the Role
This program is designed to help interns build practical HR skills while contributing to real organizational projects. You’ll gain exposure to employee relations, talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR records and manage HRIS systems
- Improve HR processes and align them with company strategy
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies
- Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams on employer branding
- Manage and grow recruitment campaigns on social media
- Support onboarding, performance management, and employee welfare processes
- Assist in developing branding strategies and talent attraction initiatives
Requirements
- At least 6+ months experience in HR roles
- Experience using HRIS systems
- Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media tools
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Creative and proactive mindset
- Fluent in English
- Must have a personal computer (Mac/Windows) and a smartphone
