About the Role
The intern will support project delivery by coordinating timelines, maintaining documentation, managing stakeholder communication, and improving IT operational workflows. The role also involves maintaining dashboards and ensuring smooth execution of IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking IT projects and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports
- Coordinate meetings, capture action items, and follow up with stakeholders
- Support resource scheduling and task allocation
- Assist in risk identification, issue tracking, and escalation processes
- Support vendor coordination and procurement tracking
- Maintain project dashboards and tracking tools
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Assist with onboarding documentation and IT procedures
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced IT environment
