Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on digital payments, fintech, stablecoins, virtual assets, and related financial technologies
- Perform financial modelling and data analysis
- Analyze historical and projected financial statements
- Write investment research reports and market insights
- Conduct industry, country, and capital markets analysis
- Participate in investment strategy formulation and review sessions
- Prepare presentations and investment reports
- Support client financial planning and advisory work
- Contribute to thought leadership and article writing
- Any other assigned duties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with Upper Second Class Honours or equivalent
- Minimum B+ in KCSE or equivalent
- Progress toward or enrollment in CFA, CIFA, CPA, or CAIA
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong research synthesis and reporting skills
