BURN Manufacturing is seeking to recruit a Supply Chain Intern to support its Supply Chain (SC) team in documentation, reporting, and coordination activities. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who is keen to gain hands-on experience in procurement and logistics within a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
About the Role
The Supply Chain Intern will be responsible for documenting, updating, and maintaining supply chain dashboards and records in line with established internal processes. The role focuses on ensuring that all documents used for communication within and outside the Supply Chain team are accurate, up to date, and reflect the latest status to support effective decision-making across the organisation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain team, including Procurement and Logistics functions.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and items in line with Supply Chain processes.
- Ensure all supply chain documentation is updated and maintained according to the latest status.
- Update and maintain various dashboards used for internal and external communication.
- Support ad-hoc supply chain activities as required.
Skills and Experience Required
- Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
