Role Overview:
The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for selling houses and plots under Superior Homes Kenya projects in Nairobi and Kilifi. This role requires proactive engagement with clients, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate prospective clients, following up on new business opportunities to sell real estate units and plots.
- Source new clients through activations, meetings, referrals, site visits, cold-calling, and other sales prospecting methods.
- Follow up and manage sales to all leads provided by the Marketing team.
- Track all sales leads and client discussions in the Superior Homes Kenya CRM system.
- Meet allocated sales targets through proactive sales activities.
- Manage the sales process from client identification to closing and signing of Sale Agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new initiatives, pricing, deals, and products to communicate effectively with clients.
- Accompany clients during property visits and inspections.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships by providing efficient, reliable, and courteous service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in real estate sales, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Track record of sourcing leads, converting leads to sales, and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to understand real estate market dynamics and convince buyers.
- Honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all tasks.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good analytical and quantitative reasoning skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
