Synkron International is looking for fresh talent to join their Graduate Engineering Program 2026 in Nairobi, Kenya. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent mechatronic engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, engineering design, quality planning, product sourcing, installation, and commissioning of client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all project elements, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- React effectively to changing client and product needs.
- Support risk assessment and corrective actions.
- Assist in understanding and defining customer specifications.
- Participate in meetings, manage suppliers, and track project timelines.
- Support design verification, process improvement, and quality control activities.
- Conduct benchmarking and produce reports for management.
- Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
Skills & Attributes:
- Initiative and problem-solving within assigned tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and team-working skills.
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn.
- Computer literate, especially in Excel.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Mechatronic Engineering degree.
- Membership in an industry-related professional body is advantageous.
