Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Tours & Travel, Hospitality, or Tourism Management
- Basic understanding of travel packages, destinations, and customer service
- Strong communication skills in English and Kiswahili
- Computer literate (email, MS Office, internet research)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
