Key Responsibilities

The Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer will be responsible for:

  • Managing accounts payable and supplier payments
  • Preparing and issuing customer invoices
  • Recording and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Monitoring outstanding receivables and follow-ups
  • Supporting the finance team in financial reporting and reconciliation
  • Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with financial procedures

Job Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA Part II or above is an added advantage
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role
  • Strong skills in QuickBooks accounting software
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in the tours and travel industry will be an added advantage
