Role Summary
The Maintenance Administrative Intern will provide administrative and data support to the Maintenance team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role focuses on record management, documentation, reporting, and system updates.
The intern will assist in updating maintenance records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), tracking work orders, organizing inventory and procurement documentation, and preparing basic maintenance reports. The role also involves maintaining proper filing systems and supporting coordination with contractors and internal teams.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is comfortable working with data and systems and is interested in learning how maintenance operations are managed in a fast-paced environment. A background in Engineering or Project Management will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain maintenance records in the CMMS
- Track and follow up on maintenance work orders
- Organize inventory, procurement, and maintenance documentation
- Prepare basic maintenance reports
- Maintain proper filing systems for maintenance records
- Support coordination with contractors and internal teams
